Thanks for taking the time to document this; I haven't found anything else out there that connects the dots from beginning to end with the AM plugin. I would have thought the Peepcode .pdf would have taken me all the way through, but it stops at integration testing--which was pretty frustrating for a noob trying to figure out way the parts fit together into a working application. I was planning on using the payment gem with ARB for Authorize.Net, but then I was looking at the sample ruby code provided by Authorize.Net and wondering if it actually relies on payment or not...
